At Trend Theory, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order confirmation.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return, except where required by law.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Earrings and other designated intimate or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards, where applicable.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items will be handled separately.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review your request and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.
4. How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The item you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
Please wait for return instructions before sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Trend Theory will provide an appropriate resolution, including return-shipping assistance when applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size, color, or item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another appropriate solution.
8. Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation.
